Supplementary Daycare

The Buchrain supplementary school and family day care centre looks after registered school pupils of Buchrain from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (before and after school). The above elements can be booked individually.

A registration for the day structures is fix and binding for the respective element. The booking is valid for the entire school year. The contract ends automatically on July 31st. Enrolments are also possible during the school year, if there is capacity and we receive the enrolment by the 15th of the previous month.

All enrolments will be checked. You will be contacted by phone in the event of adjustments or rejection. The contract or confirmation can be viewed in the Leoba app or at eltern.leoba.ch after acceptance by the Buchrain Municipal School.

The registration deadline for the school year of 2025/26 is Sunday, June 22nd, 2025.

For each element, it must be stated where the child comes from (e.g. school) and when it goes where (e.g. 1.15 pm school/6 pm home etc.).

The contract can be cancelled or edited by the end of a month in compliance with a one-month notice period. Cancellations and changes incur a processing fee of CHF 50.00. Cancellations and additional individual bookings can be made via the Leoba software https://eltern.leoba.ch/ or in the Leoba app. Contract adjustments can be informed by email to tagesstrukturen@schulebuchrain.ch or via klapp.

Our carers are Nermin Akil, Regula Beer, Sarah Beer, Rita Bründler, Doris Bucher, Dragana Dubovac, Petra Höltschi, Maryam Jafary, Corinne Leo, Antonio Marino, Nadine Mathys, Lea Merki, Karin Michel, Debora Miserendino, Richi Rölli, Jvana Schacher, Janina Schacher and Jacqueline van den Broek. In addition, the community service workers support the day structures in supervising and looking after the children. Doris Wehrmüller is responsible for the administrative management of the day care centres. Fabienne Bernet is responsible for the pedagogical management of the day structures.

Cancellations: Please deregister your child/children by 8 a.m. via klapp or Leoba. There are no credits for elements not attended.

Please let us know a fixed time for the independent walk home. If, exceptionally, you would like your child to come home earlier/later, please let us know via klapp. Phone messages cannot be taken into account.

The elements of the supplementary school and family day structures are offered during school hours from Monday to Friday. During the school holidays and on school-free days (according to the holiday schedule/publication of Buchrain Municipal School), childcare remains closed with a few exceptions (see holiday care).
