Supplementary Daycare

In the Buchrain school and family supplementary daycare, registered students from the Buchrain school are looked after from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (before and after school lessons). The above elements can be registered individually. Registration for the day structures is consistent and binding for the respective element. The booking is valid for the remaining the school year. Admissions are also possible during the school year,if there is capacity and the registration is received by us by the 20th of the previous month. Element 4 is currently fully booked on Tuesdays for all locations.

All registrations are checked and you will be informed by email whether a contract has been rejected or accepted. The contract or confirmation can be viewed in the Leoba app or on eltern.leoba.ch after acceptance by the Buchrain community school.

Registration

‍Parents who would like to register their child/children for the daily structures in the current school year can do so using this link. For each element, it must be stated where the child is coming from (e.g. school) and when they are going where (e.g. school at 1:15 p.m./home at 6 p.m./Soccer at 5 p.m. etc.).

The contract can be terminated or changed at the end of a month with one month's notice. Terminations and changes are subject to a processing fee of CHF 50.00. Terminations and additional individual bookings can be made using the Leoba software https://eltern.leoba.ch/ or in the Leoba app. Please report any changes to the contract by email to tagesstrukturen@schulebuchrain.ch. ‍

Our carers are Nermin Akil, Regula Beer, Sarah Beer, Rita Bründler, Doris Bucher, Dragana Dubovac, Petra Höltschi, Maryam Jafary, Antonio Marino, Nadine Mathys, Lea Merki, Debora Miserendino, Richi Rölli, Jvana Schacher and Jacqueline van den Broek. In addition, the community service workers support the day structures in accompanying and caring for the children. Doris Wehrmüller is responsible for the administrative management of the day structures. Fabienne Bernet is the pedagogical manager of the day structures.

Short term cancellations for a day/element

Please cancel the care for your child/children directly via the Leoba app by 11 a.m. at the latest if he/she cannot attend the day care center. The teacher must be informed via klapp. There are no credits for elements not attended.

The elements of the school and family supplementary day care centers are offered during school time from Monday to Friday. During school holidays and on school-free days (according to the holiday plan/publication of the Buchrain Community School), the care center remains closed with a few exceptions (see holiday care). You can find all important documents below. The menus in the day care centers do not contain pork.

Registration for the 2025/26 school year is possible from June 6th to June 22nd, 2025, when all children have received the timetables and group assignments. The link will be activated on June 6th.
