Measuring Progress

Parents sometimes ask: How do you measure progress? Of course, we test the children on their abilities and skills but there is so much more to it. Children flourish in an environment where they feel comfortable trying new things in exciting and engaging ways. Schools are not factories producing identical products. School-life is a journey in which children can choose which path to take and every path leads them to a new adventure. I want my students to WANT to learn, to enjoy coming to my classes and to gain motivation for school to further pursue their passions. As for progress? The proof is in the pudding.
